Users with permissions for manually adjusting gift/rewards cards can now help their customers by resending the original welcome email when needed.
Locate the card in the Rewards Accounts report:
Select the card to open the Card Details:
Select Edit next to Rewards Email
If the card has been previously registered with an email address, you can ensure the "resend.." check box is checked and hit save to resend the welcome email. If you change the email address and save, a slightly different email will be sent to the new address that a change was made.
If the card has not been previously registered with an email address, then entering an email for the first time will send the welcome email.
