However, if you would like to discover the status of a draft retrieval notifications or a chargeback notifications, please contact Toast support by email at email@example.com, and please supply the CHARTS number of the case in question. This number is present in the information supplied at the time the merchant is notified by Toast. Not supplying this number will result in delays in getting the information.
