If your restaurant accepts Takeout and Delivery orders and uses one of our Kitchen Display Screens (KDS), you might have noticed that a tab name doesn't automatically appear on the KDS for the Take-Out and Delivery orders.
If you would like these orders to have a tab name on your KDS, the steps below will walk you through the process.
Here is an example of what your Ticket Display Screen might look like:
You can see that Dine-In tickets all have an extra line saying 'Tab: Table #', but the Take-Out tickets do not. In this example I would like to see the tab name for ticket #10.

1. To include the tab name for Take-Out and Delivery, first select the ticket. In this case, ticket #10. Next, select 'Update'
2. After selecting 'Update,' you will be brought to this screen:
3. Select 'Tab,' and it will prompt you to enter a name. Enter the same name from the delivery information, select 'OK.'
4. The order will then be updated on the KDS with a tab name, as shown in the example below.
