A Paid in Total is a payment that was accepted on a Sales Date Range for an order that is not in the same range. This is the opposite of a Deposit Sales Collected.
If an order is paid in advance today for an order tomorrow, the Sales Report for Today will list this amount as a Paid In Total. Tomorrow, it will list it as a Deposit Sales Collected.
In the example below from 9/27/15 - a $5.00 Paid In Total appears.
To view the orders that make up this amount, you can navigate to the Paid in Total page of our Sales Exceptions Report.
These orders will be listed in this report with the order date. The Order Date will be outside the report range you are viewing at the time.
