Signing up for a Rewards Program in Toast requires the customer to provide their email address at the end of the payment process. For customers using digital receipts, this is as simple as typing the email address into the tablet.
However, for Toast customers who do not use digital receipts, the printed receipt will provide a space for the email address to be written manually.
From there, the staff can enter the information into the app after the fact and sign the customer up for the Rewards Program.
1. A customer has written their email on their printed receipt to signup for the Rewards Program
2. Locate the customer's check in Toast and select Pay to get to the payment screen:
3. Select the customer's existing payment by tapping the payment info.
4. Select "Rewards Signup"
5. Enter the email address provided by the customer.
