Toast's online ordering platform allows your customers to create a single account that can be used across all Toast online ordering sites. This means that your customers only have to create an account once and add their delivery addresses once. Toast accounts also keep order history for quick, convenient re-ordering--though the account will only list past orders for the restaurant in which they are logged in.
The ability to create saved accounts does not require any setup or configuration in Toast's back-end.
Note: Online Ordering accounts only display previous orders placed online by that account holder.
A customer can login/create an account directly from your Online Ordering Public Page. If a customer does not login/create an account, they will be prompted to do so during check out or they can choose to place the order as a guest without creating an account.

Once the customer verifies their email address, they will have login capabilities and can begin using their account.
